Now, through TalentBloom, I help leaders unlock the commercial potential of the people they already have — especially those who’d never call themselves salespeople.
Earlier in my career, I was lucky to work with global companies like Adobe, Infor, and Deltek — assessing their sales and professional services teams and helping them improve performance.
Later, as co-owner of EGOstream, I focused on helping tech founders strengthen their sales engines to maximise exit value. Clients like Content and Code, EACS, Yocuda, Carrenza and Silverbear all successfully sold.
Since having my three children, TalentBloom is a return to my roots — bringing together my background in psychology with hands-on sales coaching experience to help leaders like you unlock more from the team you’ve already built.
